Required Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage, control, and maintain all Material & Logistics documents in accordance with company procedures.
Receive, register, track, distribute, and archive material and logistics documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, QA/QC, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure timely document processing.
Maintain records for MRs, MRRS, GRNS, MIRs, DNS, MTNs, packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
Monitor material documentation status and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and approved before distribution.
Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for easy retrieval and secure storage.
Track material movements, deliveries, issuance, and returns to maintain accurate records.
Maintain confidentiality of all company and project documentation.
Experience with Aconex or similar document management platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
