Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Motor Winding & Rewinding Division.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinding, workshop operations, manpower planning, quality control, customer coordination, and project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum over 5 years of experience in motor winding & rewinding operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with HV/LV motors, generators, testing, and repair operations.
Ability to manage workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
