Job description


Place of Work: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 5,000 to SAR 5,500 (depending on experience and competence)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the field of cashier or customer service.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good customer handling skills and use of point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Commitment and discipline in working hours.
  • Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Functions:

  • Receive customers and complete payments accurately and quickly.
  • Operating and managing a point of sale (POS) system.
  • Issue invoices and ensure the correctness of financial transactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the fund and prepare daily closing reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
