???? Required Qualifications and Experience
???? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
???? 5 to 8 years of practical experience in contracting companies and project implementation.
???? Practical experience in the implementation of electrical power systems, lighting, grounding, electrical panels and cables.
???? Experience in light current (ELV) systems such as fire alarm, communications, and control systems.
???? Experience in building and industrial projects, preferably in multidisciplinary MEP environments.
???? Experience in dealing with and coordinating with suppliers, equipment manufacturers and subcontractors.
???? Ability to read and review electrical charts, single-line (SLD) charts, technical specifications, Tables of Quantities (BOQ), and technical data of equipment.
???? Good knowledge of the Testing, Commissioning and Commissioning business of electrical systems.
???? Good knowledge of the requirements of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the relevant electrical standards, and the requirements of the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
???? Proficiency in technical English.
???? Tasks and Responsibilities
???? Manage and follow up the implementation of electrical works at the site and ensure that they conform to the approved plans and specifications.
???? Review the drawings, technical specifications, tables of quantities, and scopes of electrical works.
???? Follow-up on the implementation of power, lighting, grounding, panels, cables, and light current systems.
???? Coordinate with civil, architectural, and mechanical teams and handle technical conflicts.
???? Prepare and follow up on technical inquiries (RFI), inspection requests, and technical accreditations.
???? Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors and following up on the quality and progress of implementation.
???? Follow-up of electrical tests and testing & commissioning work until delivery.
???? Follow up on notes and snag lists and make sure they are closed.
???? Ensure adherence to quality, safety and technical standards throughout the implementation phases.
???? Skills & Programs
???? Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
???? Knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM is a plus.
???? Knowledge of electrical calculations software and engineering planning is a plus.
???? Strong skills in coordination, follow-up, technical problem solving, and priority management.
