???? Qualifications & Requirements
???? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
???? Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
???? Good understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial controls.
???? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
???? Experience with ERP or financial management systems is an advantage.
???? Strong numerical and analytical skills.
???? Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
???? High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
???? Ability to handle financial information and confidential data professionally.
???? Strong communication and teamwork skills.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Record and maintain accurate daily financial and accounting transactions.
???? Prepare and post journal entries and ensure appropriate supporting documentation.
???? Manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
???? Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
???? Review invoices, expenses, payments, and other financial documents for accuracy.
???? Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
???? Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports for management.
???? Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documents.
???? Assist with audit requirements and provide requested accounting schedules and documentation.
???? Ensure accounting transactions comply with company policies and established financial procedures.
