Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the restaurant.
Target corporate companies, hotels, offices, event organizers, travel companies, and other potential partners.
Develop strategies to increase restaurant revenue and customer traffic.
Generate leads and convert prospects into regular customers and business accounts.
Promote restaurant services, private dining, catering, events, and special packages.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
Corporate & Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
Develop corporate dining agreements, preferred-partner arrangements, and special offers.
Regularly visit and communicate with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate customized dining solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client contacts, opportunities, agreements, and sales activities.
Ensure excellent service and follow up with clients to encourage repeat business.
Events & Catering
Identify opportunities for private events, corporate functions, celebrations, and catering.
Develop proposals and packages for events and group bookings.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure client requirements can be delivered.
Follow up on event inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build relationships with event planners, wedding organizers, hotels, and corporate event companies.
Partnerships & Marketing
Develop partnerships with hotels, tourism companies, travel agencies, delivery platforms, event companies, and local businesses.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and joint marketing campaigns.
Represent the restaurant at business meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotions that generate additional revenue.
Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
Revenue & Performance
Monitor sales generated through corporate accounts, events, catering, and partnerships.
Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
Maintain and manage a sales pipeline.
Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and partnerships.
Identify opportunities to increase average customer spend and repeat visits.
Provide management with recommendations for revenue growth.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Executive Chef, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Ensure client commitments and special requirements are communicated clearly to the restaurant team.
Coordinate pricing, menus, packages, promotions, and event requirements.
Follow up after events and client visits to measure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
