???? Qualifications & Requirements
???? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
???? 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in construction and real estate projects.
???? Valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
???? Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
???? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
???? Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
???? Good understanding of construction methods, technical specifications, and project requirements.
???? Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
???? Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
???? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Supervise and monitor civil and construction activities at project sites.
???? Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.
???? Review civil engineering drawings, technical documents, and project requirements.
???? Coordinate site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
???? Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or technical issues.
???? Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
???? Review quantities, measurements, and completed works as required.
???? Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic project progress reports.
???? Support the resolution of technical and site-related issues during project execution.
???? Maintain proper engineering documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
???? Ensure construction activities meet applicable engineering standards and project requirements.
