???? Qualifications and Requirements
?? Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related discipline.
?? Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting.
?? Good knowledge of accounting principles, standards and procedures.
?? Experience in handling day-to-day entries and customer and supplier accounts.
?? Ability to execute bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts and balances.
?? Experience in preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements.
?? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, accounting software and systems.
?? Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to organize and save financial documents.
?? Good skills in analysis, follow-up, and time management.
???? Major Tasks and Responsibilities
?? Record and review daily accounting processes and entries.
?? Track customer and supplier accounts, invoices, payments, and collections.
?? Conduct bank reconciliations and regularity of accounts.
?? Follow up on expenses and revenues and ensure the authenticity of supporting documents.
?? Contribute to monthly and annual closures.
?? Prepare the required periodic accounting and financial reports.
?? Organize and archive invoices, records, and financial documents.
?? Supporting audit and auditing work and providing the required data and documents.
?? Coordinating with the relevant departments regarding financial and accounting transactions.
