???? Qualifications and Requirements
?? Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
?? A minimum of one year of work experience in HR operations.
?? Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and the relevant executive regulations.
?? Practical experience in dealing with government platforms related to human resources.
?? Knowledge of recruitment procedures, contracts, directing, updating and managing employee files.
?? Ability to implement and follow up on statutory procedures related to employees.
?? Ability to prepare letters, correspondence, and official reports professionally.
?? Proficiency in English.
?? Highly skilled in organization, follow-up, accuracy, and priority management.
?? Ability to handle job information and data confidentially and professionally.
???? Major Tasks and Responsibilities
?? Implement and follow up all HR Operations procedures.
?? Manage and update employee files, contracts, and job data.
?? Prepare and follow up employment contracts, appointment procedures, initiation, and contractual updates.
?? Follow up on employees' transactions through the relevant government platforms.
?? Ensure that HR procedures are in compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and Executive Regulations.
?? Follow up on vacations, job changes, termination of services and procedures related to the employee's life cycle.
?? Prepare letters, circulars, correspondence, and official reports.
?? Maintain the up-to-date records, documents, and statutory data of employees.
?? Coordinating with internal departments and relevant authorities to complete human resources transactions.
?? Contribute to the improvement and development of HR procedures and efficiency.
