???? Qualifications & Requirements
?? Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, HSE, or a related field.
?? NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.
?? Minimum 2 years of relevant HSE experience.
?? Previous experience within the entertainment, theme park, leisure, or similar operational environment is preferred.
?? Good knowledge of Saudi health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
?? Strong understanding of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident prevention, and workplace inspections.
?? Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
?? Ability to promote a positive safety culture across different operational departments.
???? Key Responsibilities
?? Monitor workplace activities and ensure compliance with established HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
?? Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
?? Prepare and review risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
?? Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure identified safety issues are properly closed.
?? Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and support root-cause analysis.
?? Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and relevant HSE training.
?? Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and safety observations.
?? Coordinate with operational teams to ensure safety requirements are integrated into daily activities.
?? Support emergency preparedness and response procedures.
?? Prepare periodic HSE reports and monitor relevant safety performance indicators.
