???? Qualifications & Requirements
?? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
?? Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
?? Valid SOCPA membership.
?? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
?? Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and/or Odoo.
?? Ability to prepare financial statements and accounting reports.
?? Practical experience in account reconciliations and invoice review.
?? Good understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial controls.
?? Fluent written and spoken English.
???? Key Responsibilities
?? Record and review daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
?? Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
?? Review invoices and supporting financial documentation.
?? Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial statements.
?? Maintain accurate accounting records within the ERP system.
?? Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
?? Prepare accounting and financial reports as required.
?? Ensure transactions and documentation comply with applicable accounting procedures and internal controls.
