???? Qualifications and Requirements
?? Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology or a related field.
?? A minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial or heavy industry environment.
?? Previous experience in supervision or team leadership is required.
?? Proficiency in English.
?? Good knowledge of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
?? Ability to diagnose mechanical failures, identify their causes, and take appropriate action.
?? Strong skills in supervision, planning, task distribution, and performance tracking.
?? Adherence to safety and quality requirements in industrial maintenance work.
???? Tasks and Responsibilities
?? Supervise the daily mechanical maintenance of equipment, machinery, and production lines.
?? Lead and direct the maintenance team and distribute tasks according to priorities and action plans.
?? Implementing and following up on preventive, periodic and corrective maintenance programs.
?? Diagnose mechanical failures and supervise repair work to ensure quick return of equipment to service.
?? Work to reduce unplanned breakdowns and downtime and improve equipment readiness.
?? Follow up on maintenance orders and ensure that the work is completed on time.
?? Coordinate with the production, electricity, and operation teams and related departments.
?? Follow up on spare parts and materials needed for maintenance work and ensure their availability.
?? Prepare maintenance and malfunction reports and follow up on performance indicators.
?? Ensure that occupational safety and health procedures are applied during the implementation of maintenance work.
