# Electrical Supervisor

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** with 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical construction and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical site activities, managing electrical teams and subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring all works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily electrical works at the project site.

* Manage electricians, technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and site workers.

* Ensure electrical installations are executed according to approved **shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements**.

* Supervise installation of electrical systems including **LV distribution, lighting, power, containment, cabling, earthing, and related systems**.

* Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.

* Review drawings and identify clashes, discrepancies, and site constraints before execution.

* Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

* Coordinate material deliveries and ensure all materials are approved and comply with project specifications.

* Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for approvals.

* Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays or technical issues to the Project Manager.

* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams.

* Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and functional checks of electrical installations.

* Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, material requests, and other site documentation.

* Ensure compliance with **HSE requirements, electrical safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems**.

* Assist in resolving technical and execution issues to minimize delays and rework.

* Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing & commissioning, and final handover activities.

* Attend site coordination and progress meetings as required.

## Required Qualifications & Experience

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or a related field.

* Minimum **10 years of relevant electrical construction/site experience**.

* Strong experience in electrical works within **MEP, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise projects**.

* Proven experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors.

* Good knowledge of **LV systems, lighting, power distribution, cable installation, containment, earthing, and electrical testing**.

* Ability to read and interpret **electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents**.

* Strong knowledge of QA/QC and HSE requirements.

* Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

* Previous **Saudi Arabia/GCC project experience** is preferred.

* Transferable Iqama and immediate availability will be an advantage.
