???? Qualifications and Requirements
?? Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational safety and health or a related discipline.
?? The job is available for recent graduates or those with one to two years of work experience in the HSE field.
?? Accredited professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
?? Good knowledge of the requirements and regulations of occupational safety and health related to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
?? Familiarity with the requirements of civil defense and fire prevention and protection measures.
?? Knowledge of international standards for occupational health and safety management systems, especially ISO 45001.
?? Good knowledge of risk assessment methods.
?? Excellent communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
?? Ability to work in an industrial environment and efficiently deal with work pressures and requirements.
???? Tasks and Responsibilities
?? Implement and follow up HSE policies and procedures within the factory.
?? Carry out periodic inspection tours to identify hazards, unsafe conditions and practices and take the necessary actions to address them.
?? Prepare and follow up risk assessments and preventive and corrective actions.
?? Ensure the readiness and efficiency of safety equipment, firefighting systems and equipment.
?? Follow up on compliance with the use of PPE and safe work requirements.
?? Investigate work accidents, injuries, and Near Misses and analyze the root causes to prevent their recurrence.
?? Provide awareness, mentoring, and training programs for employees on safety practices and procedures.
?? Following up on observations and violations and ensuring the implementation of corrective measures.
?? Prepare periodic reports and follow up on HSE KPIs.
?? Contribute to promoting a culture of safety and prevention within the factory environment.
