Rawan ABM Al Barrak Co. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Mechanical works to join our team.

???? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

1. 3–4 years of relevant experience in Civil & Mechanical works.

2. Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and contracting market.

3. Good experience in quotation preparation, estimation, costing, and pricing.

4. Ability to prepare competitive quotations based on BOQ, drawings, specifications, material costs, labor, equipment, and project requirements.

5. Strong knowledge of Saudi market prices, suppliers, subcontractors, and construction materials.

6. Experience in quantity take-off, material estimation, and cost calculation.

7. Ability to review RFQs, BOQs, drawings, and scope of work and prepare accurate quotations.

8. Knowledge of civil construction, renovation, maintenance, MEP, and mechanical works.

9. Good coordination skills with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

10. Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

11. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

12. Arabic communication skills are highly preferred.

13. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.

14. Ability to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.

15. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

16. Ability to work independently and meet quotation submission deadlines.

17. Valid Saudi Driving License is required.

18. Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.

19. Transferable Iqama is preferred.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for civil and mechanical projects.

* Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

* Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation.

* Obtain and compare prices from local suppliers and subcontractors.

* Calculate material, labor, equipment, and project costs.

* Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi market prices.

* Coordinate with clients and suppliers for technical and commercial clarifications.

* Follow up on submitted quotations and support the team in securing projects.

* Assist with site/project coordination when required.
