???? Conditions and Qualifications
?? Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
?? 2 to 3 years of work experience in a related field.
?? Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, preferably those with knowledge of the Revit software.
?? Good knowledge of reading and reviewing charts and technical specifications.
?? Familiarity with BOQs and quantities counting.
?? Knowledge of the procedures for preparing and following up on material submittals.
?? Previous experience in MEP projects, construction, or lighting is preferred.
?? Proficiency in English with good communication and coordination skills.
