An established team in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Document Controller with specialized industry exposure to Woodwork, Joinery, Furniture, and Fit-Out projects.
The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining accurate project documentation, controlling revisions, coordinating approvals, and ensuring project stakeholders have timely access to the latest approved drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.

???? Qualifications & Requirements
?? Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
?? Previous experience specifically within Woodwork, Joinery, Furniture, or Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
?? Strong understanding of document control workflows and project documentation procedures.
?? Practical experience maintaining Document Registers, Tracking Logs, Transmittals, and Revision Control.
?? Good knowledge of document classification, filing, archiving, distribution, and retrieval processes.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems (DMS).
?? Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
?? Proactive approach to follow-up, document-status monitoring, and pending approvals.
?? Ability to coordinate effectively across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Project Teams, Consultants, and Clients.
