A contracting company in **Dammam** is looking for an ambitious and experienced **Project Engineer** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Study and analyze tenders, BOQs, project requirements, and prepare cost estimates and quotations.
- Supervise and manage the execution of infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with **municipalities and government authorities**.
- Manage telecommunications, electrical, utility, and underground infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project quality, schedules, costs, and progress.
- Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
- Support business development and secure new infrastructure projects.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good experience in contracting and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in **tendering, pricing, and project execution**.
- Experience dealing with **municipalities and government authorities**.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.**
