DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Location: Near Madinah, Saudi Arabia Remote Area

Employment: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate

Salary: SAR 3,000–3,500, depending on interview and experience

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Document Controller to support our crushing plant operations near Madinah. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, preparing daily operational reports, and ensuring that all plant records are properly organized, updated, and readily accessible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and maintain the Daily Production Report (DPR).

• Prepare daily and monthly Downtime Reports.

• Prepare Plant Availability and Utilization Reports.

• Collect, verify, and compile daily production and operational data.

• Maintain proper records of plant operations, maintenance, safety, and other project documents.

• Manage both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.

• Maintain document registers and ensure documents are properly numbered, filed, and updated.

• Control the distribution and revision of documents.

• Maintain records of reports, correspondence, permits, SOPs, checklists, and other project documentation.

• Coordinate with the Site Manager, Supervisors, Maintenance, Operations, and HSE teams to collect required information.

• Ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time.

• Maintain confidentiality and proper control of project records.

• Support the site team with other document control and reporting requirements as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Previous experience in Document Control, Reporting, or Administration is preferred.

• Experience in mining, crushing plant, construction, or industrial projects will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong data entry and report preparation skills.

• Good English communication and writing skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to organize and manage a large volume of documents.

• Ability to work independently in a remote-area plant environment.

• Candidates who can join immediately are strongly preferred.
