HIRING: PROCUREMENT ENGINEER – RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA
POSITION: Procurement Engineer
LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
1. Shall responsible to assist procurement Supervisor.
2. Shall prepare and send the RFQ to all identified suppliers.
3. Shall follow with the suppliers for early and best quotations.
4. Prepare the MRP and make sure all 09steps taking into consideration.
5. Make sure all necessary documents are collected from all ends.
6. Follow with the suppliers for product manual, catalogue, samples etc.
7. Negotiate with suppliers for best offers.
8. Prepare the price comparison sheet and purchase order.
9. Maintaining all procurement records and assure it remains updated all time.
10. Follow up the delivery and payment.
11. Shall ensure the effective implementation of procurement policy and procedures.
12. Prepare all required reports.
13. Suppliers & subcontractors evaluation.
14. Shall ensure supplier data base updated time to time.
