Reporting To:Facility Engineer / Facility Manager
Job Purpose
Responsible for supervising daily mechanical maintenance and operations, including **HVAC, plumbing, STP/WTP, pumps, firefighting and other mechanical systems**, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical technicians and daily maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC, AHU, FCU, FAHU, pumps, plumbing, STP/WTP and firefighting systems.
Plan and execute **PPM and corrective maintenance** activities.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Inspect equipment condition and identify defects, leaks, abnormal noise and vibration.
Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to approved SOPs and checklists.
Coordinate with Facility Engineer, CAFM/Helpdesk, HSE and other teams.
Verify maintenance work orders and daily checklists.
Monitor availability of required tools, spare parts and materials.
Support equipment inspection, snagging and handover activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
Follow **HSE, PTW, LOTO and PPE requirements**.
Prepare daily shift reports covering completed, ongoing and pending activities.
Immediately escalate critical equipment failures and safety issues.
