Safety Engineer
?? Follow-up on the implementation of occupational safety and health policies and procedures at workplaces.
?? Conducting inspections and field tours, identifying hazards and observations, and taking the necessary corrective actions.
?? Prepare and review risk assessments and ensure that control and prevention measures are applied.
?? Monitor the compliance of workers and contractors with PPE and safety requirements.
?? Investigate accidents and safety-related observations and contribute to the identification of root causes and preventive measures.
?? Prepare safety reports and indicators and follow up on the implementation of improvement plans.
?? A bachelor's degree in engineering or a discipline related to occupational safety and health is preferred.
?? Previous experience in safety work on projects or operational sites is preferred.
?? Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are a plus.
?? It is preferable to have a valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers according to the job requirements.
