Position: QA/QC Engineer (Construction)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: Project Manager / QA-QC Manager
Responsibilities:
?Develop and implement Project Quality Plan, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) and QC procedures;
?Conduct incoming material inspection, weld/structural/civil inspections and hold-point releases;
?Review material submittals, mill certificates and vendor QC documentation;
?Maintain NCR (non-conformance report) system: raise, track and close NCRs with root-cause analysis;
?Coordinate third-party inspections and client/consultant witnessing points;
?Prepare quality records, handover documentation and as-built QC dossiers;
?Support ISO 9001 internal audits and continual improvement.
Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (full-time);
?Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects; experience with Aramco, NEOM, Qiddiya or other major KSA/gulf projects strongly preferred;
?Familiar with international standards (ASTM, BS/EN, AWS) and contract specs;
?CSWIP, NDE/NDT or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications are advantages;
?English as primary working language; Arabic is a plus;
?Nationality: open; transferable iqama preferred.
