???? Qualifications and Requirements
?? A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or an engineering qualification relevant to the nature of the job.
?? Appropriate hands-on experience in O&M operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
?? Good experience and knowledge of Firefighting Systems.
?? Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and Shop Drawings.
?? ? Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures and mechanical fault diagnosis.
?? Ability to prepare technical reports and follow up on work orders and maintenance programs.
?? Strong technical problem solving, analysis, follow-up, and field coordination.
?? Previous experience in operation and maintenance projects or contracting and facilities is preferred.
?? Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance order management is preferred as a plus.
