Position: Document Controller / Sales Coordinator
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an organized, honest and fast-learning Document Controller / Sales Coordinator with excellent communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain company and project documents
• Prepare quotations, invoices and reports
• Perform data entry and update customer records
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide support
• Follow up with clients by phone, WhatsApp and email
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services
• Coordinate daily sales and administrative activities
• Maintain accurate Excel sheets and document logs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant sales, customer service or administrative experience
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Professional email-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Punctual, honest and able to work effectively in a team
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Indian candidates preferred
Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
