URGENT HIRING: 200 Electrical Engineers (SEC Approved – C1/C2 Category)
Aartco Engineering & Construction Company Ltd., a leading engineering and construction company specializing in industrial and residential projects, electrical construction, switchgear, and panel board installations, invites applications from qualified and experienced Electrical Engineers for immediate deployment on high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) projects in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Electrical Engineer (SEC Approved – C1/C2 Category)
Number of Vacancies: 200
Location: Al-Khobar / Various Project Sites, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures for HV/EHV grids, substations, transmission lines, and underground cables (up to 380 kV)
• Open Sanction for Test (STW) and process Line Clearances (LOA) in accordance with SEC safety regulations
• Coordinate isolation and energization clearances with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) operations
• Oversee safety compliance, permit issuance/receipt/closure, and site supervision during HV/EHV construction, testing, and commissioning activities
• Liaise with SEC and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical works
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Valid SEC-Approved C1 and/or C2 Certificate / Authorization Card (mandatory)
• Valid membership/accreditation from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Minimum 4–10 years of relevant experience in HV/EHV substation construction, testing, commissioning, or transmission line projects
• Transferable iqama or willingness to be sponsored/transferred by Aartco Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. (as per SEC contractor sponsorship requirements)
