**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
* Minimum **5–7 years of relevant experience** in civil construction and site works.
* Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision, inspection, and quality requirements.
* Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with the **Client, Consultant, and Al Dana Stars Al Arabia Company**.
* Experience in preparing site reports, monitoring progress, and coordinating daily site activities.
* Good knowledge of project documentation, drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* **Saudi/GCC project experience is preferred.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and monitor civil works at the project site.
* Coordinate daily activities with the Client/Consultant and Al Dana Stars Al Arabia Company.
* Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Coordinate inspections, site activities, materials, manpower, and work schedules.
* Follow up on project progress and provide regular updates.
* Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues in consultation with the project team.
* Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
