? Ability to receive, manage phone calls and forward them to the competent authorities.
? Ability to organize appointments, meetings, and receive and direct visitors.
? Accuracy, compliance and confidentiality of information.
? Ability to work in a team and in a professional work environment.
? Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.

? Handle mail, correspondence, and daily administrative requests.
