???? Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
? A minimum of 10 years of work experience in infrastructure projects and works.
? Strong experience in excavation, backfilling, leveling and soil preparation.
? Good knowledge of field and laboratory tests related to soil, compaction and backfill work.
? The ability to review technical drawings and specifications and follow up on on-site implementation.
? Experience in engineering supervision, quality control and follow-up of contractors.
? Familiarity with the quality, safety and technical specifications requirements of infrastructure projects.
? Ability to prepare technical reports, follow up on business progress, and process field observations.
? Good skills in coordination, communication, priority management, and working within project teams.
? It is preferable to have a valid professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
