? Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
? Proficiency in spoken and written English.
? Fast and accurate data entry, review, and organization.
? Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
? Ability to prepare and coordinate tables, reports, and databases.
? Ability to review and validate data and detect and correct errors.
? Good skills in organizing files and documents and keeping records.
? Ability to handle large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.
? Good skills in organization, time management, and prioritization.
? Punctuality and the ability to work under pressure.
? Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
? Seriousness, commitment and maintaining the confidentiality of data and information.
???? Main Functions
? Entering and updating data in the approved systems and tables accurately.
? Review the data and ensure its completeness and correctness before it is approved.
? Prepare and update Excel files and reports periodically.
? Organize and archive documents, files, and records.
? Prepare the required reports and provide data to the relevant departments.
? Follow up on the update of information and maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of the databases.
