???? URGENT HIRING – SAUDI ARABIA.

1. SALES EXECUTIVE – HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL

• 3–5 years sales experience in Heavy Equipment Rental Industry in KSA.

• Develop new customers, generate enquiries, achieve sales targets and close rental deals.

• Strong network with construction, Oil & Gas, industrial and contracting companies.

• Valid Saudi driving license required; KSA customer network and local availability preferred.

2. SENIOR SALES MANAGER – EQUIPMENT RENTAL

• Minimum 10 years relevant Heavy Equipment Rental experience in KSA.

• Lead sales teams, develop sales strategies and drive business development and revenue growth.

• Strong relationships with construction, industrial, Oil & Gas and major contracting companies.

• Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship management skills; KSA experience mandatory.

3. SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Heavy Equipment Rental Procurement.

• Source equipment, identify suppliers, check availability and coordinate timely mobilization.

• Strong knowledge of cranes, earthmoving, lifting equipment and transportation vehicles.

• Strong negotiation skills; valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.

4. OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – HEAVY EQUIPMENT

• Manage daily heavy equipment rental operations, deployment, mobilization and demobilization across KSA.

• Coordinate with clients, operators, drivers, site teams, PMV and maintenance teams.

• Monitor equipment availability, utilization, movements, schedules and site requirements.

• Heavy Equipment Rental Operations experience required; Saudi experience preferred.

5. LEAD PLUMBER

• Supervise and execute plumbing works including water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.

• Lead plumbing technicians and ensure proper workmanship and site execution.

• Read drawings and coordinate with engineers and other trades.

• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, quality and safety standards; GCC/KSA experience preferred.

6. LEAD ELECTRICIAN

• Supervise and execute electrical installation works including power, lighting, containment and termination.

• Lead electricians and helpers and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers and site management during execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements; GCC/KSA experience preferred.

7. LEAD MASON – TILES & BLOCK WORK

• Supervise and execute tile fixing and block masonry works.

• Lead masons and helpers and ensure quality as per drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades and manage site execution independently.

• GCC/KSA experience preferred; assist in swimming pool cleaning and maintenance when idle.

8. CIVIL ENGINEER

• Supervise civil works and review drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments.

• Monitor progress, quality, quantities, materials, manpower and site requirements.

• Prepare reports, coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and HSE requirements.

9. CIVIL SITE FOREMAN

• Supervise daily civil site activities, manpower and task allocation.

• Supervise excavation, concrete, block work, plastering, paving, drainage and related works.

• Coordinate with Civil Engineer/Site Engineer and monitor workmanship and productivity.

• Maintain safety, housekeeping, attendance, tools/equipment and daily site progress.
