Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating and executing on-site technical activities for industrial Oil and Gas contracts. Ensures that construction proceeds according to project specifications, approved engineering designs, safety regulations, and strict timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Technical Coordination
• Supervise daily construction and installation activities to ensure alignment with EPC Project Role Overview drawings, specifications, and industrial codes.
• Resolve on-ground technical issues, process Technical Queries (TQs), and manage Aramco EPC Project Guidelines interface coordination.
• Review contractor and subcontractor submittals, method statements, and material inspections.
Planning, Progress & Cost Control
• Track site progress against baseline schedules (using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project) and report daily/weekly metrics.
• Monitor Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material consumption, and assist with site measurements or quantity surveying.
• Identify site variances, potential delays, and support change-order management (variations).
HSE & Quality Assurance
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance, including proper PPE usage and permit-to-work (PTW) verification.
• Conduct routine site inspections alongside quality control (QC) teams to ensure zero-defect handovers.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 8+ years of engineering experience within the EPC sector Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Mining, Power Generation Industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with international standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and regional client requirements (such as Saudi Aramco or ADNOC standards where applicable).
• Skills: Proficient in reading P&IDs, isometric drawings, scheduling software (Primavera P6), and strong cross-functional communication.
