???? KEY REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Civil / Structural Engineering qualification.
Strong experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Experience with structural drawings, shop drawings and technical coordination.
Strong coordination with Architectural, MEP, PT and Precast disciplines.
Ability to identify drawing discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues.
Good knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural construction.
AutoCAD proficiency required for Structural Draftsman; Revit/Tekla is an advantage.
5-Star Hotel / Luxury Hospitality project experience preferred.
Saudi/GCC experience and immediate availability preferred.
