DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – Arabic Speakers Only
Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
Fluent Arabic is mandatory (speaking, reading and writing); good English
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years as a Document Controller in construction, infrastructure or contracting projects
Experience managing drawings, transmittals, RFIs, submittals and correspondence logs
Maintaining document registers, revision control and filing (hard copy and electronic)
Experience with EDMS / document control software and strong MS Office skills
Coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams
Strong attention to detail, organization and reporting skills
Experience with NHC / Saudi Aramco / NWC or major infrastructure projects is an advantage
Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are preferred
