???? Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
? Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in site or structural civil engineering.
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
? Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
? Basic understanding of construction site execution and coordination.
? Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and construction safety requirements.
? Ability to prepare basic technical reports, site observations, and progress updates.
? Knowledge of concrete, structural works, and construction materials is an advantage.
? Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility is preferred.
2?? Architectural Engineer
???? Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
? Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in architectural design or site coordination.
? Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
? Knowledge of Revit / BIM is an advantage.
? Ability to read, prepare, and review architectural and shop drawings.
? Good understanding of architectural finishes, materials, specifications, and detailing.
? Ability to coordinate architectural requirements with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
? Familiarity with site inspections, material submittals, and construction documentation is an advantage.
? Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility is preferred.
