Position: HSE Officer

Job Summary
We are hiring an HSE Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites. The role requires strong knowledge of safety procedures, hazard identification, and incident prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections and enforce HSE policies.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and inspection reports.
Support emergency drills and response procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and client HSE teams.
Requirements
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
NEBOSH IGC / OSHA or equivalent certification (mandatory).
3–5 years' experience in construction, FM, or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations.
Good communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus.
