Position Site Supervisor (Civil / MEP / Maintenance)
Location Projects in Jeddah, Riyadh and Hail
Reports to Project Manager
Nationality Preferable Indian , Age up to 40
Purpose of the Role
Run day-to-day site execution under the Project Manager, with proper quality, safety, material control and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities of civil, MEP and maintenance works as per drawings, specifications and schedule
• Direct and monitor workers, foremen and subcontractor crews; allocate manpower daily
• Ensure quality of work and avoid rework and repeated works
• Enforce site safety: PPE, permits to work, toolbox talks; report incidents immediately
• Coordinate with site engineers and HSE officers to ensure smooth working
• Submit daily progress and manpower reports to the Project Manager
• Receive, verify and record materials; track usage and report unused and balance stock
• Take site measurements and support quantity and billing records
• Report variations, additional work and delays to the Project Manager before execution
• Attend maintenance work orders and close client snags on time
• Control equipment and vehicle use at site; report breakdowns
• Look after site accommodation, workshop area and worker welfare
• Maintain site records and photos; report in writing or by email
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical (trade-based supervisors with strong experience considered)
• Minimum 5 years as Site Supervisor/Foreman (proposed, for approval)
• Experience in civil, MEP or maintenance works; KSA or Gulf experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings and take measurements
• Knowledge of KSA site safety requirements; OSHA, IOSH or NEBOSH certificate preferred
• Basic Excel, email and report-writing skills
• Able to manage a mixed workforce; English required, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu an advantage
• Valid driving license preferred
