We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in the construction consulting and contracting sector.
????Key Responsibilities:
????Manage, organize, and maintain project documents, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
????Maintain document registers and track revisions, approvals, and submissions.
????Control the distribution of drawings and documents to relevant departments and project sites.
????Handle incoming and outgoing documents, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and other project-related records.
????Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
????Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, approved, and easily accessible.
????Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
????Follow company procedures and project document control requirements.
????Qualifications & Requirements:
????Previous experience as a Document Controller in a construction, consulting, or contracting company.
????Knowledge of construction project documentation and document control procedures.
????Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
????Experience with AutoCAD drawings and document management systems is an advantage.
????Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
