Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a qualified Document Controller to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability of records.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and control all project documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
• Ensure proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of records.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and update documentation.
• Track document versions and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Support audits and inspections by providing required documentation promptly.
• Previous experience as a Document Controller in industrial or project environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
