Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified AutoCAD Draftsman & Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Engineer with prior Saudi Aramco project experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical shop drawings, BBS calculations, as-built documentation, and coordinating design details across multi-disciplinary site activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Drawing Preparation: Create detailed shop drawings, layout plans, sectional details, structural, and discipline-specific drawings (Civil, Mechanical, E&I, HVAC, Firefighting, Steel Structure).
• BBS & Rebar Detailing: Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules and reinforcement details in alignment with project codes and standards.
• Site Coordination: Collaborate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, and field teams to verify IFC drawings, sketches, and site conditions.
• Revisions & As-Builts: Update markup drawings, accommodate design changes/redlines, and prepare final As-Built drawings for Client/Consultant submission.
• Document Management: Maintain organized soft and hard copy records of all design, CAD, and project submission files.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (Must have Saudi Aramco project experience).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D AutoCAD, BBS preparation software, and multi-discipline construction drawing standards.
• Joining Status: Ready to join immediately and willing to relocate to project site locations within KSA.
