? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
? Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
? Experience from 0 to 3 years, including recent graduates.
? Good knowledge of construction, restoration and construction maintenance work.
? Ability to read engineering drawings and follow up on the implementation of works at the sites.
? Familiarity with technical specifications, quality and safety standards.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software is preferred.
2?? Mechanical Engineer
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
? Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
? Experience from 0 to 3 years, including recent graduates.
? Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical extensions in buildings.
? Ability to review drawings and technical specifications and follow up field work.
? Familiarity with maintenance and restoration works and quality and safety standards.
? Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and related engineering software is preferred.
3?? Electrical Engineer
? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
? Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
? Experience from 0 to 3 years, including recent graduates.
? Good knowledge of electrical installations, lighting and electrical distribution systems in buildings.
? Ability to read electrical drawings and follow up on the implementation of works at the sites.
? Familiarity with electrical safety requirements and approved technical specifications.
? Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and related engineering software is preferred.
