???? Qualifications & Requirements:
? Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
? Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction or contracting.
? Recognized HSE certification, such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
? Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and HSE procedures.
? Experience in hazard identification, risk assessments, and site safety inspections.
? Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and emergency response procedures.
? Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
? Familiarity with ISO 45001 and occupational safety management systems.
? Strong communication, safety reporting, documentation, and site coordination skills.
