???? Qualifications & Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
? Proven experience in quality control within the precast concrete industry – mandatory.
? Strong knowledge of precast concrete production, inspection, and testing procedures.
? Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, and applicable Saudi construction standards.
? Experience in concrete mix design, material testing, and quality assurance procedures.
? Ability to prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.
? Experience in identifying nonconformities (NCRs) and implementing corrective actions.
? Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
? Strong technical reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to coordinate with production teams and quality inspectors.
