?Precast & Structures: Maintain precast concrete buildings and treat expansion joints.
?Finishing & Civil Works: Inspect & receive painting, carpentry, blockwork, plastering, tiling, porcelain installation, and crack repairs.
?General Maintenance: Knowledge of welding and steel structure repairs.
?Requirements:
?Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance.
?? Preferred: Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor in a residential compound or public facilities.
?Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
