• Site Supervision & Execution: Direct and oversee daily structural works (excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and steel erection).
• Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Conduct regular inspections, material testing (such as slump tests for concrete or non-destructive tests), and verify that all work follows ASTM, local building codes, and project specifications.
• Setting Out & Surveying: Perform site layout, alignment, and level checks to verify structural positioning.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and local authorities.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines and OSHA standards to prevent hazards and accidents on site.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site diaries, progress reports, material logs, and record-keeping for change orders.
• Problem Solving: Provide immediate technical solutions for on-site discrepancies or design clashes.
