We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our project team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules using Primavera P6.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities with other project disciplines.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Analyze project delays and support time-impact analysis and extension-of-time claims.
Track manpower, material requirements, and project milestones.
Ensure MEP activities are aligned with the overall project execution schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP planning for construction projects.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in preparing baseline schedules, progress updates, and delay analysis.
Good knowledge of MEP construction activities and project coordination.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
