We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team and strengthen quality management, manufacturing compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable industry standards.
- Investigate nonconformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor manufacturing processes, identify quality risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QC, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality documentation, procedures, inspection plans, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, internal auditing, and CAPA.
- Experience in electrical equipment, lighting products, or related industrial manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
