???? Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
? 1–2 years of practical experience in maintenance activities.
? Knowledge of residential building construction, civil maintenance, and repair techniques.
? Ability to identify construction defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
? Familiarity with concrete repairs, plastering, and general civil maintenance.
? Understanding of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
? Ability to prepare technical inspection reports, snag lists, and corrective action plans.
? Strong coordination and communication skills when dealing with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams.
? Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up on multiple maintenance activities.
???? Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct inspections of residential buildings, villas, apartments, and common areas to identify construction defects and maintenance requirements.
? Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities, including concrete repairs and plastering.
? Inspect and coordinate the rectification of construction defects during and after project handover.
? Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of repair works.
? Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, defect reports, and corrective action plans.
