### Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager – Electrical, Civil & Mechanical Works** with strong project execution, site management, and direct client-facing experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of construction project management, multidisciplinary site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise electrical, civil, and mechanical construction works at project sites.

- Oversee project execution, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and manpower.

- Review technical drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and construction schedules.

- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and progress review meetings.

- Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance.

- Ensure compliance with Saudi construction regulations, HSE requirements, and client specifications.

### Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.

- **12–15 years of relevant experience**, preferably with substantial project management experience in Saudi Arabia.

- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary electrical, civil, and mechanical construction projects.

- **Mandatory direct client-facing experience** with proven ability to manage client relationships and project coordination.

- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction market, contractors, consultants, and site operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple site activities and deliver projects independently.

- Must be available for deployment under a **valid Ajeer arrangement**.

- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.

### Salary & Employment Conditions

- **Salary:** SAR 12,000 – 16,000 per month (all-inclusive package).

- **Employment Arrangement:** Ajeer Rental / Manpower Supply.

- **Work Location:** Dammam & Al Khobar project sites.

- **Joining:** Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred.
