Position: HSE Document Controller
Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain HSE documents, reports, registers and records for all PPCO projects.
2. Track employee safety certifications, third-party training and expiry dates.
3. Maintain training, induction, inspection, incident and audit records.
4. Coordinate with project HSE teams to collect and update documentation.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly HSE documentation status reports.
6. Monitor pending documents, renewals and compliance requirements.
7. Maintain document filing and archiving in SharePoint/ERP.
8. Support HSE audits, client submissions and management reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of document control or HSE administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and document management systems.
• Good English communication, organization and coordination skills.
Primary Objective: Ensure accurate, updated and readily accessible HSE documentation across all PPCO projects.
